| Ans: | As a buyer you may get emotionally attached to the |
| house. As a result you might overlook, or be ignorant about, the basic requirements. But when you start living in that house, you might realize that there are some defects. These defects might cost you either extra monthly bills or expensive and time consuming repairs. Therefore, it is advisable to get the home inspected before you buy it so that you know what you are buying. | |

| Ans: | We accept payments either by cash or by cheque. |

| Ans: | Not right now. But arrangements are being made. |
| Q: | How long will the inspection last? |
| Ans: | Depending upon the size and type of the unit, it might last |
| from two to three hours. | |
| Q: | When will the report be ready? |
| Ans: | Report is provided either paper based binder or online pdf file, |
| any one you choose. Paper binder is provided onsite immediately after the inspection is over and the online report can be viewed by clicking at the View My Report link at Home Page and entering the relevent information. Online report will be available on the same evening of inspection day. | |

| Ans: | Report (paper binder) will be given to you most likely onsite. |

Report is given to the client or a person authorised by the client. |

| Ans: | The report is written in a very legible manner and |
| is explained very well to the client. Client can ask any questions at any time either by personal meeting, by phone (647-280-6299) or by e-mail. |
